Produced a more attractive property that let within days at an increased rent

This run-down flat spanning the top two floors of a Georgian building had great potential to create a dream rental. The first step was to reinstate as far as possible the original features and I then added a wet room and

built-in wardrobe to the main bedroom. The finishing touch was to remodel and spruce up the roof terrace to give a great space for lazing on a summer afternoon.
